Using the service

Invoice Analyser extracts structured data from invoices you upload or forward, tracks unit-price changes over time, and surfaces alerts and analytics on that data. You're responsible for the accuracy of any data you submit and for reviewing extracted results before relying on them for accounting or payment decisions.

Extraction accuracy

Invoice extraction is powered by LLMs and, while generally reliable, is not guaranteed to be error-free. Low-confidence extractions are flagged for review inside the app — always check flagged invoices before they inform financial decisions.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including invoices forwarded to your inbound email address.

Changes to the service

We may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
